The automated screening process between employers (“Employer”) and applicants (“Applicant”, “you”, “your”) is facilitated by the AgentZane applicant screening platform by Snaphunt Pte Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”, “the product”, “Platform”). Protecting the privacy of personal data submitted to our platform is something we take seriously.This Privacy Policy explains the types of data we collect, how we process it, and your rights in relation to that data.

Providing Core Services:
We use your data to operate, maintain, enhance, personalize, and provide all the features of the Product.
Contact details (e.g., email addresses, phone numbers, messaging application IDs) allow Employers to contact you via email, SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or other channels.
Aggregated Data Analysis:
We may aggregate and anonymize your data to analyze trends, interests, and preferences of Applicants for recruitment and operational improvement purposes.
Enhancing Platform Functionality:
We use data to improve our Platform's functionality, security, and performance. - Data Disclosure
Your personally identifiable data may be disclosed under the following circumstances:
To Employers:
The Platform connects Applicants with Employers. Employers have access to your data submitted through the interview process. Employers may share this data with authorized third parties who assist them in their recruitment process.
To Service Providers:
Snaphunt may employ third-party vendors to perform tasks on our behalf, such as maintenance, database management, web analytics, hosting (including IVR services), and customer support. These third parties are only authorized to access your data as necessary for providing their services and are contractually bound to protect your data.
Compliance with Legal Obligations:
We may disclose data if required by Singapore law or if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to comply with legal obligations, law enforcement activities, or court orders.
To Prevent Fraud or Harm:
We reserve the right to disclose data when necessary to:

The Platform itself does not make automated decisions. However, Employers may enable a ‘Smart Filter’ feature that automatically screens applicants based on matching criteria determined solely by the Employer. - Mandatory Personal Data
Providing the previously listed data is mandatory for participation in the application process. Without it, we will not be able to facilitate the recruitment process. - User Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: You may request access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: You may request corrections to inaccuracies in your personal data.
- Deletion: You may request the deletion of your personal data.
- Objection: You may object to the processing of your personal data under certain circumstances.

The platform does not use cookies to process applicant data. However, personal data may be collected by external websites (e.g., job boards or Employer career pages) through cookies before accessing our Platform. We are not responsible for such external data collection. - Data Security

- Restricting access to data to authorized Employers and third-party vendors.
- Implementing encryption and other technical safeguards where appropriate.
